CHRB is a Billings based nonprofit organization whose purpose is to promote Fair Housing opportunity through education and community outreach. Since 1992, the CHRB has been the one consistent voice for fair housing in Billings and the surrounding areas.
The CHRB is governed by a 24 member board of directors and is currently staffed by a part-time project director. Our offices are conveniently located in downtown Billings.
The CHRB provides speakers, trainers, and a variety of free brochures, fact sheets, and posters about housing discrimination and the fair housing laws. Please contact us to receive copies of our materials or arrange a presentation or continuing education program.
